As a non-profit credit counseling agency with over 30 years of experience, we provide credit counseling, budgeting, and debt management programs supported by Christian beliefs. It is our policy not only to help consumers get out of debt but to educate them in budgeting practices.
Our Accredited Credit Counselors are certified through the requirements set forth by the “Financial Counseling Association of America,” which can include the “Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education,” located in Alexandria, VA, or the “Partnership for Financial Education,” located in Portland, ME.
We are also a registered agency through Bureau Veritas and operate a quality management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, as well as a participant of the Better Business Care Program. Pioneer Credit Counseling holds membership in the Financial Counseling Association of America of Fairfax, Virginia.
