A NEW DAY, Interactive Financial Life Skills Program

On-line education through Pioneer Credit Counseling with “A New Day” at education.pioneercredit.com is a 2 part education course that provides an analysis of the consumer’s current financial condition and the factors contributing to it, an individualized budget analysis, and assistance in developing an appropriate action plan.

After completion of both parts of the course and passing the final test you’ll be awarded a Certificate of Achievement. This is also an approved course for those consumers going through our Debt Management Program. This is an alternative to our “Simplified Guide to Financial Life Skills Workbook” you see below.

Educational Seminars

Pioneer Credit Counseling holds free monthly debt and financial management classes. You will learn financial responsibility using the Simplified Guide to Financial Life Skills as your textbook. We offer our classes in Rapid City, via conference call (nationwide), or we can travel to you:

The seminars are held the last Monday of each month at 6 PM MST at our home office in Rapid City, SD. We do require a confirmation at least 5 days prior to the class if you would like to attend. You can RSVP by calling our home office at 1-866-210-3589 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM MST. The seminar is open to the public and is free of charge. (Classes are held based on RSVP attendance; classes are subject to cancellation if there are no RSVP’s 5 days prior to date.) If you would like to have a counselor travel to your business, organization, or church to present the seminar, and are from the local area surrounding Rapid City, South Dakota, please contact us and can arrange to have a counselor travel to your location. We will present the seminar free of charge and provide all members with a free copy of Simplified Guide to Financial Life Skills. If you are not from our immediate area, but would still like to participate in a free credit education class, we also offer credit education classes over the phone. To obtain information regarding this method, contact our home office at 1-866-210-3589 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM.
