Our Mortgage Delinquency Counseling and Loss Mitigation Counseling consists of examining the cause for default, finding out how committed the consumer is to resolving the delinquency, developing a crisis budget, discussing with them the many options they have and with their assistance, and developing a plan of action to get them back on track. We contact the servicers and negotiate with them on behalf of the homeowner. We also counsel people on different programs that are available to avoid future delinquency or foreclosure.
