What other programs do you offer?

Our Budget Counseling program can help you to keep track of your monthly income and expenses so that you can plan for emergencies, make sure all of your bills are paid each month, and save for the future. Our Financial Counseling consists of answering financial questions that you may be unfamiliar with and pointing people in the right direction for their particular financial situation. We are approved to issue certificates evidencing completion of a personal financial management instructional course in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of our services. We also provide our clients with a subscription to our semi-monthly newsletter “The Pioneer Pilot“. It features financial and educational advice. You can look at back issues under the Education tab.
How can I complete a consult with a Certified Credit Counselor?
You can complete a consult in person, on the telephone, or by filling out an application on our website. Our office hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. An online application can be completed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will contact you as soon as we evaluate your application.
What financial education courses do you offer?
We can provide our clients with two exceptional programs, Simplified Guide to Financial Lifeskills and Credit When Credit is Due. You can find out more information on each course by visiting our Education page.
How can I find out more information on your seminars?
Our Educational Materials page has descriptions of the upcoming seminars that are being held in person or by conference call. If you cannot locate a time or place that is convenient for you, contact our home office at 1-800-888-1596 and other arrangements can be made.
